Delta , Hit up franks tract early one july , started casting long cast to the tules on the berm , man oh man green pumkin tube 7-11 rogue rod med hvy, shimano curado 14 lb test
i hit every inch of the tule bank second cast 3.5 lber , next cast 4 lber , few more casts 2.5 lber i was on fire ………kinda of weird i had a dream the night before , that it was going to be a day to remember, well as we approached a bush that i have fished before i told my partner i wanted the first cast on it so as i was fishing along knowing it was approaching i had to remind myself to switch the jig i was fishing with my 7-11 rogue rod!!!! well needles to say we got to the bush before i switched out and i threw that jig into the cover of that bush perfectly i mean no plop , no wake , perfectly as it dropped down about a 1/2 to a foot BAM FISh On ,,,,,,she ran straight out to deep water , i started going ike, like i got to get her in the boat well she turned around cam back i say to my self …self bring her in on the fly,well i tried that and she was on the side of the boat slowly sliding back from my grasp as i look her in those bg bulging black eyes she goes back in the water i grab the line What did i do !!! I grabedd the line she headed under the boat -bing line broke Bass of a lifetime Gone,,,,,,,,I have that replay in my dreams each and every night sometimes in the day……………………BASS It`s an addiction i got it — great JOB ON THAT BASS Movie i love it

well I cant wait for the movie to come to my fly shop to snatch it up. Looks great!
I live in south florida, which has some of the best bass fishing around. But i always shrugged it off as if it was lame, and headed to the flats.
Then on a whim Bought a new age bugger and tied it on, went to a lake that had a few lilly pads and white sand bottom. Threw that fly out by some lilly’s and thought I was snagged, no jerk, no jump ,no turn, just a movement from the lillys. next thing I saw was a huge peacock bass come up, look right at me like I just cursed at it. sure enough when it was all done I had pulled out a 9+ pound bass.
One of the best days of my life. Now I am hooked. sometimes I would rather hit a lake then hit the flats.
